David Perez

David Perez joined Palladium Equity Partners as a managing director in 2003. Previously, he was a principal at General Atlantic Partners, a principal at Atlas Venture and a senior associate at Chase Capital Partners. David started his career as an investment banker with James D. Wolfensohn, Inc., where he specialized in providing mergers and acquisitions advice to a select group of multinational corporations. He currently serves on the board of directors of Palladium portfolio companies Prince Minerals and Taco Bueno Restaurants.
In addition to his position as a director with NAIC, David is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the New America Alliance, a member of the board of trustees of the Pan American Health and Education Foundation (PAHEF), and as a member of the board of directors of Ballet Hispanico. He holds bachelor of science and master of science degrees from Dresden University of Technology, a master of science in engineering from Cornell University and a master of business administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
