Linda Roach is a partner at Oakcrest Capital Partners. Oakcrest is a Washington, D.C.-based lower middle market fund targeting investments in manufacturing, business services, healthcare services and other diversified companies with enterprise values under $100 million. Oakcrest provides liquidity to shareholders of family-owned businesses, facilitates the transition of ownership to key managers, and capitalizes on growth opportunities while maintaining the legacy of the founding entrepreneurs.
Previously, Linda was a senior vice president with Pacesetter Capital Group, a Texas-based firm managing a family of funds totaling more than $200 million in assets under management. Linda was at Pacesetter for more than 10 years, where she was primarily responsible for sourcing and structuring lower middle market deals in the areas of manufacturing, services and media. She played a lead or co-lead role in many of the firm's investments and served as a director, observer or officer on five portfolio company boards. Linda joined Pacesetter following seven years at Bank of America where she was a Vice President in the bank’s corporate finance division in both general industry and specialized industry groups.
Linda holds a bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
