Roszell Mack is a founding partner of Ascend Venture Group LLC. Prior to the formation of Ascend, Roszell was an associate director at Peter J. Solomon Company (PJSC), where he was responsible for implementing new business development initiatives for the retailing and consumer products sectors in addition to other client related activities. Before joining PJSC, Roszell held investment banking positions with Salomon Smith Barney, Prudential Securities and Goldman Sachs. Throughout his investment banking career, Roszell executed numerous mergers and acquisitions on behalf of strategic buyers and sellers. He has also gained extensive marketing experience working in Goldman Sachs’ Asset Management Division marketing equity and fixed income products to institutional clients. He currently serves as a director of SchoolNet and Platform Learning and serves on the board of trustees of The Edwin Gould Foundation for Children.

Roszell earned a bachelor of arts degree in chemical engineering from Yale University and a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School.
