NAIC Membership
NAIC membership is open to firms that embrace the association’s mission to promote the development of successful investment companies dedicating financial resources to investment in the US Emerging Domestic Market (EDM). NAIC members invest in privately held businesses that have a high probability of growth and the ability to provide a significant return to investors. Our members cover the full spectrum of private equity investment activity including early stage venture, later stage venture, expansion, buyout, mezzanine, distressed and secondary fund investments.
