Established in 1970, Pacesetter Capital Group is a specialized small business investment company interested in established companies capable of serving high yield debt. We prefer investments in the $1-3 million range and can do larger transactions. We seek companies where we can add value through existing relationships, including shareholders, existing portfolio companies, and/or operating partners. Our current investments include established businesses in broadcasting (radio, TV, cable) specialty manufacturing (food processing, electronics, and plastics), technology, and selected service providers supporting these industries.
